Essential Seconds Sligo – Monday – Friday – 10.30am – 4.30pm, Saturday 10.30am – 4.00pm

Essential Seconds Ballymote- Monday – Saturday – 10.30am – 4.30pm.

We have a large selection of ladies, gents, teens and children’s wear as well as shoes, boots, hand-bags, bric-a-brac, books and also nursery items.

Essential Seconds is run by the MS North West Therapy Centre, Sligo. At our centre of excellence in Ballytivnan we provide services for people from all over the North West region who are affected by Multiple Sclerosis and other neurological conditions.
