Posted: 5 May 2017 Pat McLoughlin, Sligo In early 2005 I set up my own business working as a welder and stainless fabricator. It was a dream come true. I loved my work, and thought nothing would go wrong. In 2007, my balance got bad. I felt I walked like a drunken man at times. In 2008 I was diagnosed with MS.I thought my world had ended, but now looking back, I think , maybe I was diagnosed in time. When I was diagnosed with MS, I heard about the MS Centre in Sligo. I never knew about it before, I arranged an appointment to see the Manager, and I have been using the Centre ever since. Life is different now, but not too bad. I would just like to thank all of the staff of the MS Centre for all their good work and help over the past three and a half years.
